….I suggest that you begin by intentionally creating a sacred space for yourself. It can be as simple as lighting a candle, an incense, holding a crystal or even applying one of your favourite essential oils.
Remember to breath in and out through your heart. It’s as though your heart was your nose. Seeing the breath flowing in and out of your heart center. Give yourself the full permission to allow this information or vibrations to flow through you. What comes will be only that which you are ready to receive.
Before we begin, It is important that after each one of your sessions, you take the time to sit with yourself in silence and let these code activations move through you. Also, please stay silent if you can for a while before you start on your daily activities. This way you validate your experience. I also recommend you allow at least a couple of days to integrate these energies before you do any of the next sessions.
It is important to also keep a journal and record any insights that comes to you after you are done with this transmission. Do not judge it! Just write down the feelings, sensations, insights that you received. There is no right or wrong answer. This also helps to seal your experience.
