The Power of our Breath to bring Coherence
Breathing, is something we take for granted since our body does it naturally. Our body is truly a temple of wisdom with our autonomic nervous system controlling this process. Dolphins on the other hand, chose when to breath. They also chose when to stop breathing. They are such advance mammals with their incredible vibrational sounds or whistle that can travel 2km or even further.
This short video is an exercise to help calm down your nervous system in as little as 3 minutes. If you are able to integrate just this simple process to your everyday routine, you would find your stress levels would begin to improve, your clarity, your anger management and your peace of mind. To become more conscious of our breath and the light we bring in, is the beginning process to a life more full filled and living your life in the flow and not in the flight and fight mode. This gives your body time to regenerate and give you more vitality.
This breath is taking a deep breath for the count of 4, then hold for the count of 4, then exhale for the count of 4, then hold for the count of 4 and repeat. You place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly. Do for at least 3 minutes or more. This will bring mind and heart coherence. A place which is truly more balanced for you to be able to make any quick decisions that are required from you. Full Moon Activation
The full moon is a time for celebrating life and also letting go of those things that no longer serve you. It is a time for transmutation, regeneration and manifestation. By having our daily practice of self reflection, silence and contemplation, we can make the most of these very potent times to create some magnificent and long lasting changes. Remember, the power of our intention is 50% and belief in what we are sending forward into the universe, is what causes true shifts. Our words, thoughts and actions can and do affect all that is around us and more importantly in our own lives. Chose all of these wisely.
On this Special Full Moon in August, the Blue moon, i wanted to share just a short meditation, crystal bowl sound healing transmissions. Just allow yourself to surrender, relax, call upon your guides and beings of light and know you are in a safe container.

Love of Self
It all begins with an idea.
Today I decided to start with my first Blog. Yet please bare with me as I get adjusted to video recordings and to seem as natural as possible…
As love of self is one that i had to face personally, I decided to make this my first blog. After 20 plus years of marriage and during covid, my partner and I were caught and stuck in different Countries and unable to travel. It forced me to be on my own once again and to look at whom I had become and what was it I loved about myself?
I had lost myself in trying to be the best wife possible and putting myself number 10 on the list. Making everyone else first before myself. I am sure this sounds familiar for many of you? Realising also that after all these years, all my endeavours and passions kept on being put aside, so that I could always be by my husbands side.
The Universe has a strange way of working. It forced me to face myself once again and look at what I had put aside and had been calling me for so long, to look at and face! Not only my shadows, fears, angers, grief… but all that i have been. Through this deep inner journey on my own, literally with my 2 cats Simbad and Baby, I had to carry on. No one to save me but me!
And so it is with this short video that i give a little intro of Loving Self. As we all know, this is a process that requires alot of peeling of layers until one day… you get there… and oh… what beauty you will find within! For it is in the embracing all that you are, and of course releasing that which no longer fills your heart, that you will be one with self.
